Pluto, Neptune and Uranus are the outer planets and have more of an influence on a whole generation of people rather than just on the individual. They are slow moving planets and take long cycles of several years to move through a sign.

This shows the "karmic wound" and what kind of healing is required.
Since Chiron also takes a long time to move through the signs it is especially

There are also aspects that the planets form with each other. This is really how they relate to each other. Some build triangles with another planet, this is favorable as are conjunctions, planets being closely aligned to each other.
Other have squares with another planet or oppositions, and this brings conflict into the way they relate translating into problems in certain areas of life.
Really the chart is just an abstract way of looking at your life.
