Last night it was Franz Ferdinand's turn to rock, and they did not disappoint me. Not much to say about the gig, though. The music is great and they put on a good show. Maybe because I knew all of the songs quite well, I didn't feel it had many highs, although there weren't any lows either.
I was a bit far from the stage, and Alexandra Palace is quite a big venue. Also, the lights weren't too creative... I think the big screen in the background contributes to lazy light design. But as usual, the photos are here.
In the end, it was just another great gig for my amazing 2005 line up. I wonder if 2006 will be able to top it up...

The great visionary Acácio Jeremias finally has a website of his own and it was designed by pap-L. Acácio is a hillarious character (born out of the twisted mind of Diz Que Disse's creator, André Toscano) intent on asking the questions no one has ever though about. While we wait for his book to come out, we can enjoy his video-podcasts (the title and credit sequences were designed by pap-L as well). The first one is just out, and a few more are on the way. So go there and have a laugh! (Sorry, portuguese only...)
