The perfect boots

For years now I have been searching high and low for the perfect pair of boots. It needed to have the following attributes:

1. Nice stable heels, not too high.
2. Squared or rounded tip (no pointy boots, yuck)
3. No strings, frills, fur... Simple, high and that fits my fat leg.

Last week I found them, when I wasn't even looking. I bought a pair of black ones and took them to a party. They are beautiful, and warm and most importantly, comfortable. So the next day I went back and bought a second pair, in brown.

The importance of these boots is immense, because so far I only had trainers, and a pair of good looking but unbearably high ankle boots, that don't go even with skirts. Now that I have not one but two pairs of proper boots, I can stop looking so much like a teenager. I can actually look grown up. The repercussions on this are huge.

Yesterday I went out and bought a skirt. I'm unstoppable!

acacio jeremias website

The great visionary Acácio Jeremias finally has a website of his own and it was designed by pap-L. Acácio is a hillarious character (born out of the twisted mind of Diz Que Disse's creator, André Toscano) intent on asking the questions no one has ever though about. While we wait for his book to come out, we can enjoy his video-podcasts (the title and credit sequences were designed by pap-L as well). The first one is just out, and a few more are on the way. So go there and have a laugh! (Sorry, portuguese only...)
